Your mission You intervene daily on various IT environments, within our team and directly at our clients' premises. Your responsibilities: * Install, configure and commission copiers, PCs and peripherals at our clients * perform the necessary network configurations and ensure equipment troubleshooting * intervene on the networks and IT infrastructures of our clients * provide technical support by telephone and remotely, analyze requests and assist users in their resolution * perform on-site interventions and ensure the follow-up and documentation of interventions * participate in projects and the evolution of our IT infrastructure Your profile You are a field-oriented IT technician, autonomous and pragmatic, with a real interest in networks and infrastructure. You have training in IT or equivalent experience and master Windows environments, LAN/VLAN networks, Wi-Fi, VPN and network equipment, as well as the installation and configuration of workstations and peripherals. You are able to diagnose a problem, find a solution and explain it simply to a user or a client. You enjoy varied days, on-site interventions and direct contact with clients. You are organized, reliable, solution-oriented and know how to work autonomously while collaborating with the team. Driving license indispensable.
