EDI / B2B Consultant (m/w/d) 80-100%

Do you want to apply your EDI know-how in versatile customer projects and accompany customers on their way to digital integration? To strengthen our EDI team in Ittigen/Bern, we are looking for you: An experienced, solution-oriented personality who implements EDI projects independently. You accompany our customers in their EDI projects with customers and suppliers and are responsible for the project implementation of the most common document types (orders, order confirmations, delivery notes and invoices) from kick-off to productive commissioning.

• Technical connection and implementation of EDI and INVOIC projects with our business partners at home and abroad
• Analysis, conception and implementation of new EDI connections including communication connections
• EDI mapping of various electronic data formats according to standards of UN/EDIFACT, ZUGFeRD or GS1
• Ensuring the smooth operation of our productive environment, incl. monitoring and error analysis of EDI messages
• National and international customer contact in first- and second-level support
• Documentation of interfaces, mappings and EDI processes
• Carrying out tests as well as accompanying release and system changes
• You bring sound specialist knowledge in the area of EDI/B2B
• You have several years of professional experience in the area of EDI, interface management or integration
• You know common EDI standards and formats, especially EDIFACT and XML
• Communication protocols such as AS2, SFTP or HTTPS are familiar to you
• Ideally, you have experience in the area of support or are motivated to familiarize yourself with this area
• Thanks to your analytical way of thinking and quick comprehension, you quickly find your way into new topics
• You work independently, reliably and in a solution-oriented manner
• You have strong communication skills and enjoy working with internal and external contact persons
• You speak fluent German and have good to very good English skills
