• A completed vocational training in finance and accounting or many years of professional experience in a comparable function
• Confident handling of SAP and Abacus
• Advanced ERP knowledge is an advantage

• Processing of accounts payable and accounts receivable
• Support in the preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements
• Preparation of the weekly payment runs
• Maintenance of supplier and customer master data
• Taking over various administrative tasks in the area of accounting
• Support of the Head of Finance in day-to-day operations
• Collaboration in the optimization and further development of internal finance processes
• Cooperation with different departments and internal contact persons
• A responsible task with a lot of variety and scope for design
