• Feasibility testing, development and definition of new projects as well as controlling their successful implementation
• Coordination of internal and external actors to ensure smooth project execution
• Supporting and advising portfolio management regarding solution strategies
• Developing concepts, standards and specifications for strategic real estate management

What makes you unique

• Architect or civil engineer with a professional or university degree and further training in business administration, or business administrator with further training in the field of real estate/construction economics
• Experience in real estate management and in project development; analytical, conceptual and networked thinking skills
• Ready to perform, independent and competent; strong leadership skills with demonstrable success in employee development and motivation
• Winning appearance; negotiator-level, resilient and flexible
• Good active knowledge of two official languages and passive knowledge of the third

In a nutshell

Together with your team, you define projects, commission external partners and coordinate their implementation in a unique real estate portfolio. As a committed specialist, you actively contribute your expertise and know how to deal with different internal and external contact persons confidently and appropriately to the situation.
