For our client, a family manufacturer based in La Chaux-de-fonds, we are looking for talent in the position of :

CNC Programmer-Setter (M/F)

Your responsibilities

• You program parts on Alphacam, in 3 and 5-axis machining
• You take charge of settings, startup, and machining on CNC lathes and milling machines (Bumotec S191, Robodrill, W408S2, Fanuc controls)
• You ensure the compliance of each part using the available control tools (among others Marcel-Aubert, micrometer)
• You contribute to the versatility of the team and you are fully committed to achieving quality, performance, and deadline objectives

Your profile

• From a training as a precision mechanic, a micromachinist, or training deemed equivalent
• You benefit from several years of experience within the watchmaking industry
• You master CAM programming
• You are autonomous in setting, startup, and programming on CNC machines, notably of type Robodrill and/or Bumotec S191
• You are comfortable with reading technical drawings as well as with the use of usual measuring instruments
• Organized, precise and proactive, you appreciate teamwork and adopt a solution-oriented approach
