In the event of severe weather or catastrophes, the Large Claims Task Force coordinates the organization and immediately implements the necessary measures to support our clients.   In this context, you will join an experienced and well-established team, within which you will, autonomously and responsibly, take direction of a team dedicated to complex claims in the Crissier region. Become a member too and apply as a Complex Claims Team Leader.   What you do   • You are responsible for technical management and you lead a team of up to 9 employees in charge of the complete processing of claims in the fields of property, liability, and technical insurance. • You ensure efficient claims management in accordance with guidelines and actively contribute to the continuous improvement of processes. • You ensure daily operational management and guarantee the smooth running of activities. • You encourage the professional and personal development of each member of your team. • You actively accompany your team in the implementation of changes.     What you bring   • Federal certificate in insurance or a diploma from a specialized higher vocational school in insurance. • Min. 1-3 years of experience in team management desired. • Several years of experience in claims settlement and solid technical knowledge in the fields of property and liability insurance. • Sharp mind, strong customer, service, and solution orientation. • Excellent command of French and good knowledge of German.     Your contact   Senior Talent Acquisition Consultant: Manuela Trezzini (+41 44 628 32 25)     Additional information   This position is available part-time or full-time: 80 - 100%.
