For the opening in September, we are looking for an experienced sommelier or a beginner with the desire to share their passion for wine, gastronomy, good products, and their joy of living. Your mission Co-management of the wine list, stocks, and the selection of new references. Take charge of welcoming and serving customers. Follow up with and advise customers on their choices. Ensure the follow-up and control of maintaining a station autonomously. Respect for standards and the quality of wine and other beverage service in the restaurant.
