In a context of internal mobility and transformation of our organization, we are looking for a Supplier Quality Animator to strengthen our Supplier Quality Assurance team.
The position is based in Le Brassus initially and is intended to evolve towards our Meyrin site in the long term, as part of the development of our industrial activities.
Reporting to the Supplier Quality Manager, you will intervene as a quality referent with our external partners, with a key role that is both operational and strategic.
You will pilot and animate supplier quality within your perimeter, from the development phase to series production monitoring. In this context, your main responsibilities will be:
• Ensure product compliance and pilot the obtaining of the GO Supplier Quality
• Manage, analyze, and monitor supplier non-conformities
• Deploy problem-solving and continuous improvement tools
• Conduct product and process quality audits at suppliers
• Monitor supplier performance through indicators and reports
• Contribute to the validation of new developments (capability, control plans, risks)
• Provide operational support to internal control and production teams
• Ensure cross-functional coordination with internal teams (quality, industrialization, purchasing, technical office, logistics, production)
Qualifications
• Mechanical engineering or microtechnology degree or equivalent
• Proven experience in supplier quality assurance
