The carpentry workshop stands for solid craftsmanship, meaningful work, and marketable products. As part of a targeted organizational development, we are looking for a committed personality who combines technical competence, educational understanding, and leadership responsibility. We are looking for a Team Leader Carpentry Workshop (100%) You will work with learners and supervised employees on a wide range of tasks, promote their professional and personal development, and accompany them in building skills and self-confidence. This includes production, repair, and assembly of small furniture, sales of own products, as well as the production of beehives and everyday or gift items, and maintenance and repair work in the institution. Your tasks • Technical, organizational, and personnel management of the carpentry workshop • Planning, coordination, and implementation of internal and external orders • Active participation in production, assembly, repair, and maintenance • Training, support, and promotion of learners and supervised employees • Ensuring quality, meeting deadlines, and working economically • Contributing to the further development of the workshop's services • Maintaining existing customer contacts and, if suitable and interested, contributing to the acquisition of new orders • Close collaboration with the department head of Work and other internal interfaces Your profile • Completed apprenticeship as a carpenter EFZ • Experience in training and supporting learners or supervised employees • Leadership experience or willingness to take on leadership responsibility • Training as a work educator, trainer, or vocational trainer, or willingness to undergo corresponding further training • High social competence, resilience, and structured working method • Interest in combining craftsmanship, education, and organization • Good German language skills in writing and speaking, as well as secure PC user skills • Driver's license category B We offer • A diverse and meaningful leadership task with scope for design • A committed, interdisciplinary work environment • Clear structures and short decision-making paths • Development prospects within the organization, depending on suitability and interest • Modern employment conditions and support for further training We look forward to getting to know you.
