Introduction

For our client, a successful industrial company in the Wohlen region, we are looking for a committed and assertive personality as Team Leader Production (m/f/d).

Tasks

• Functional and personnel leadership of a production team
• Ensuring a smooth production process
• Planning and coordination of employee assignments
• Monitoring of quality, deadlines, and productivity
• Support in process optimizations and improvement projects
• Ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards

Profile

• Completed basic technical training EFZ
• Experience in the manufacturing industry
• Initial leadership experience is an advantage
• Organizational talent and high level of personal responsibility
• Assertive and team-oriented personality
• Good German language skills
