You are also responsible for monitoring specifications, costs, and quality in the area of workshop tests • Analysis: You analyze deviations, causes, and cost and quality developments and derive targeted improvement measures • Optimization: You identify sustainable optimization potential and implement measures to improve quality, costs, and efficiency • Control: You support service provider control, budget control, and negotiations through well-founded data preparation and reports • Project work: You work on projects and special topics to improve customer satisfaction, costs, and service processes What you bring ## • Experience: You have several years of experience in an analytical function and have already worked with topics such as service, performance, or cost management as well as quality indicators (KPIs) • Education/Training: You have a basic education in automotive technology, supplemented by business management training, ideally with a focus on Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, or Controlling • Digital Skills: You have in-depth knowledge of M365 applications, particularly Excel, as well as experience with SAP and data analysis • Language skills: You communicate confidently in German and have good English skills • Personality Fit: You work analytically, structured, and solution-oriented and convince through communication strength, assertiveness, and high customer orientation Do you think we could be a good fit? ## Then we look forward to your online application.
