Sales Manager - Device Connection Technology - 100% (m/w) For our location in Domdidier with over 450 employees, we are looking for a Sales Manager - Device Connection Technology - 100% (m/w) As a Sales Manager in the DCT area, you are the central interface between technology, sales and customers. You actively shape market development, advise your customers on technical challenges and contribute to the successful positioning of innovative connection solutions in the market. What does the job look like? Technical and application-oriented consulting of device manufacturers and EMS service providers with a focus on device and PCB connection technology - independently and solution-oriented. Building and maintaining a reliable customer network, including acquiring new customers, expanding existing customers and achieving design wins in close cooperation with the regional sales team. Coordination and support of technical development projects, both internally and externally, using relevant tools and commercial and technical expertise. Participation in customer-specific solutions with a focus on simple, reliable and innovative connection technology to meet specific requirements. Close cooperation with international sales partners and WAGO country companies to efficiently implement customer requirements and sustainably strengthen the market position.
