For our Service division, we are looking for a committed leadership personality to lead our team of service technicians at the Sales Center Schweiz both professionally and personally, and to drive the further development of our service business together with us.

Which tasks will you undertake?

You will

• lead, promote and further develop a team of around 13 service technicians professionally and personally.
• support your employees in complex customer projects, commissioning and technical issues, as well as provide competent advice to customers.
• support sales in the acquisition and sale of services such as commissioning, maintenance and calibrations.
• ensure the planning, coordination and execution of service orders and monitor their quality, adherence to deadlines and economic efficiency.
• create service offers, lead projects to successful completion and drive the continuous further development of our service business.
• document and complete projects including handover and closing meeting with the customer.

You

• have a technical education with further training in the field of leadership, business administration or management.
• bring several years of experience in leading employees and in the technical service environment.
• think entrepreneurially and act in a customer- and solution-oriented manner.
• succeed in motivating, promoting and successfully accompanying employees through changes.
• convince through communication strength, organizational talent and high initiative.
• have very good German and good French skills; English skills round off your profile.
