Your tasks:

• You support the Head of Nursing in the organization and leadership of the team, including the creation of duty rosters, material orders, as well as the implementation and coordination of assessments in daily nursing care.
• With your appreciative and empathetic manner, you care for our patients and their relatives professionally and respond to their individual needs.
• You promote constructive interdisciplinary cooperation and thereby contribute significantly to ensuring high-quality nursing and care.

Your profile:

• You have completed training as a nursing specialist HF/FH and already bring initial leadership experience.
• You are proficient in the application and implementation of nursing models, such as the model according to Nancy Roper, as well as in handling PCs and electronic patient documentation (KISIM, Polypoint).
• Your heart beats for nursing, and you convince through high motivation, commitment, and also assertiveness.
