Exciting tasks
Enter accounting entries (accounts receivable, accounts payable, suppliers, and general ledger) and ensure payments
Ensure invoicing as well as the monitoring of receipts
Manage the blocking and unblocking of orders in accordance with internal directives
Ensure the monitoring of litigation files
Prepare customer statistics
Prepare VAT returns
Ensure the performance of monthly closings and actively participate in the annual closing
Participate in the preparation of financial analyses, reconciliations, budgets, and forecasts
Ensure relations with the group and the auditors
Handle various correspondence and ensure the filing and archiving of documents
Desired profile
Essential experience in managing Swiss accounting, with perfect autonomy in routine accounting tasks
Training in accounting (CFC in commercial employee, accounting certificate, or equivalent training)
Very good command of IT tools, especially ERP and Microsoft Excel
Excellent command of French and good knowledge of German (minimum B2 level) or Swiss German, both spoken and written.
