You build up client infrastructures, operate them, and realize migrations as well as further developments. You support our employees in 1st- and 2nd-level support and ensure fast, solution-oriented processing of incidents. You actively work within ITIL processes (Incident, Change, Release, Problem, Configuration, and Capacity Management). You provide competent support to the business regarding questions about servers and databases. Your skills and competencies You have training as a platform developer, IT specialist EFZ, or a comparable qualification in the IT environment. You are enthusiastic about modern workplace technologies and follow trends and developments in the client environment with interest. You enjoy working in a team, are flexible, and appreciate an open, collaborative way of working. You think analytically and in networks, grasp complex situations quickly, and develop sustainable solutions. You convince through a structured way of working, high personal responsibility, and strong problem-solving competence - even in demanding situations.
