Dipl. Pflegefachfrau / Pflegefachmann HF/FH/DNII

Your tasks

• Holistic care and nursing of the guests in the sense of our nursing mission statement and the nursing process
• Assumption of tasks as a reference person for nursing
• Responsibility and management of the nursing process of the assigned guests incl. the nursing needs assessment RAI
• Electronic nursing documentation using CareCoach
• Planning and accompaniment of doctor visits
• Assumption of daily responsibility with coordination of the day team
• Leading case discussions and nursing reports
• Assumption of tasks as a theme carrier in a specialist topic and thus participation in the group-wide network for nursing quality
• Readiness for night shifts

Your profile

• Completed training as a/an Dipl. Pflegefachfrau/Pflegefachmann HF/FH/DNII or an equivalent training recognized by the SRK
• Professional experience in long-term care is an advantage
• RAI knowledge is desired or willingness to attend these courses (will be paid for)
• Professional experience in Spitex/Inhouse Spitex is desired
• A warm and humorous basic attitude
• Joy in versatile challenges
• Good German skills in speaking and writing
