For the care and maintenance of public facilities in the greater Triemli area (Zurich West region), we are looking for a Foreman

Tasks ##

• You lead 5-6 employees with a focus on outdoor areas, both technically and personally
• You are co-responsible for the practical training of apprentices Gardener EFZ Garden and Landscape Construction
• You plan and organize demanding care and maintenance work such as planting, sowing, and cutting work, as well as plant nutrition, protection, and use. Garden and landscape construction work. Taking nature-oriented care goals into account, you ensure the quality in the facilities assigned to you
• You operate machines and use tools; and ensure their maintenance, upkeep, and cleaning
• You obtain offers, supervise services from third parties, prepare reports, and complete administrative tasks

Profile ##

• Completed training as a Gardener EFZ with further training as a Gardener FA, Green Space Specialist or equivalent training
• Experience in the care and maintenance of diverse gardens and/or public green spaces as well as in the use of machines (e.g., ride-on mower, etc.)
• Good plant knowledge and organizational as well as planning skills
• Committed, responsible, independent personality with proven leadership experience and a strong service orientation
• Driver's license Cat. B mandatory (BE an advantage), good MS Office skills

Your gross annual salary is between 91-000.00 and 108-000 francs (100% workload). Your actual salary may deviate from this salary range depending on experience and competencies.
