your tasks

• Timely ordering and control of the material flow via MRP, Kanban and consignment stocks
• Close exchange with internal departments (production, logistics, R&D), negotiations, complaint processing (NCR) and implementation of technical changes (ECR)
• Ensuring punctual supplier performance (OTD / 98 %), master data maintenance and creation of reports
• Participation in CIP projects for cost reduction and compliance with compliance specifications

Qualifications

• Around 5 years of professional experience in operational purchasing with technical or commercial basic training or further training in purchasing
• Good MS Office skills (advanced Excel), SAP experience an advantage
• Good German and English skills in spoken and written
• Dynamic, team-oriented appearance with an independent, precise way of working as well as strong quality and cost awareness
• Pronounced communication strength and high intercultural competence for collaboration in international teams
