What awaits you with us

• You manage the further development and introduction of new functions for applications and ensure the support and optimization of existing and new Firmenkunden-applications.
• You analyze malfunctions and errors in our applications and coordinate the finding of solutions with internal and external partners.
• You support the specialist departments technically, conduct training, and drive continuous quality improvement.
• You create and analyze reports on our applications to initiate data-based optimizations and further developments.
• You coordinate idea management and implement promising innovation and digitalization projects in a targeted manner.

What you bring with you

• Completed studies or further training in Wirtschaftsinformatik, Betriebswirtschaft or a related field or shortly before completion
• Experience in the operation, support, further development of applications and project Management, ideally in the financial services environment
• Enthusiasm for IT topics, knowledge in IT Service Management and strong customer orientation
• Fast problem recognition, root cause analysis and pragmatic finding of solutions with internal and external partners
• Joy in a dynamic, service-oriented environment, structured way of working, even in hectic times
