MPA / Medical Secretary 80-100% Klinik für Neurologie Hirslanden Zürich - Zürich Your area of responsibility You receive and assist our patients at the reception, on the phone, and via e-mail You plan and organize the consultations and coordinate appointments between the outpatient and inpatient departments You process the reporting – without writing from dictaphone You manage the fully digital medical history (curaMED) – we do not have paper files You prepare the daily morning report and participate in it You perform blood sampling – if you cannot do this yet, we will teach it to you carefully You assist with examinations (FEES, lumbar punctures) You hand out examination devices to patients and instruct them You support organizational tasks surrounding daily practice operations and occasionally represent us in our other centers Your profile Degree as MPA or Medical Secretary H+, ideally with initial professional experience – neurology knowledge is a plus, but not a requirement Enjoyment of contact with patients and referrers – friendly and competent, even when things are lively Organizational talent, quick comprehension, and an eye for what needs to be done Confident handling of digital tools and electronic medical records Desire to take on more responsibility over time – for example in organization, training new colleagues, or the further development of our processes Stylistically confident German; other languages are a plus, but not a requirement Our offer Regulated working hours: no night, Sunday, or emergency services, predictable daily routine Flexible workload: 80–100% by arrangement Real development perspective: our center is growing – and with it, the tasks.
