Production Quality Animator (M/F)

Your mission:

On behalf of an industrial company based in the canton of Genève, we are looking for a Production Quality Animator (M/F).
Within a production sector for precision components, you ensure the application of quality criteria and contribute to continuous improvement. Acting as a true link on the ground, you support the teams, harmonize control practices, and lead the quality process among employees.
Your main responsibilities:

• Ensure compliance with quality criteria and the consistent application of control methods.
• Perform workstation and part audits, then follow up on the resulting actions.
• Identify incidents and non-conforming products, and transmit the information to the relevant quality interlocutors.
• Participate in the validation of aesthetic criteria for produced parts.
• Analyze quality indicators, prepare weekly reports, and lead quality meetings.
• Train and support controllers in order to maintain the expected quality level.
• Propose and implement continuous improvement actions with the production teams.

Your profile:

Confirmed experience in quality in an industrial environment, supplemented by one or more certifying training courses.
At least two years of professional experience in mechanics or micromechanics.
Mastery of aesthetic control, reading blueprints, and basic quality tools.
Ability to perform field audits and analyze quality indicators.
Good visual acuity and solid mastery of IT tools.
Interpersonal skills, ability to unite, to transmit knowledge, and to lead exchanges with teams.
Autonomy and discernment in decision-making.
Knowledge of watchmaking is an asset.
