For our EMS La Rozavère, we are looking for committed Health Care Assistants with experience in geriatrics and psychogeriatrics. YOUR MISSION * Participate in the implementation and development of support projects for the resident and in individual and collective animation * Assist in psychiatric liaison and report observations * Provide hygiene care delegated by the nurse, taking into account the resources and limits of the resident * Observe the health status of the resident and transmit the information collected * Support residents in activities of daily living while promoting their autonomy, independence and social bond * Establish and maintain a bond of trust with the relatives and families of the residents while respecting your scope of competence * Maintain care equipment and the resident's environment * Participate in an interdisciplinary care process for the residents. YOUR PROFILE * You hold a 120-hour Red Cross certificate or an equivalent title * You hold a certificate as an accompanier in advanced age psychiatry (FAP), an asset * You master usual IT tools (Carefolio) and master the French language orally and in writing * You embody trust, authenticity and respect * You have very good stress management and proven sensitivity to relational aspects * You demonstrate dynamism, motivation and a good capacity for adaptation.
