What you will achieve with us: ##

• Analysis of technical requirements from production, process technology, and maintenance
• Assessment and measurement of local conditions as well as development of practical solutions, optimizations, and special constructions
• Creation of concepts, technical drawings, 3D models, and manufacturing documents
• Design and dimensioning of systems, containers, trolleys, structural steel, and machine components
• Design and optimization of pneumatic, hydraulic, compressed air, and extraction systems
• Management of technical projects from conception through procurement and implementation to commissioning and handover
• Coordination of internal specialist departments, suppliers, and external partners as well as requesting and evaluating offers
• Planning and support of assembly, conversion, and commissioning work
• Implementation of feasibility studies, CIP measures, and technical optimizations taking safety requirements into account
• Creation of technical documentation as well as instruction and training of our employees

What you bring with you: ##

• A completed technical education, ideally as a FH Engineer Mechanical Engineering, HF Technician Mechanical Engineering/Machine Technology or comparable
• Several years of professional experience in design, plant engineering, plant technology, and technical project management
• Sound knowledge in mechanical engineering, pneumatics, and hydraulics; knowledge in other technical specialist areas is an advantage
• Good CAD skills as well as experience in creating technical drawings and documentation
• Very good German and good English skills in speaking and writing
• Strong technical and practical understanding, combined with process understanding and the ability to quickly familiarize yourself with complex production processes
• An independent, structured, and solution-oriented personality with strong communication skills, negotiation skills, and a high sense of responsibility and safety awareness
