Your new everyday life

As Managing Director, you bear overall responsibility for Montana Bausysteme AG and steer the company with a clear view of the market, people, and results. You further develop the corporate strategy and multi-year planning, translate strategic goals into concrete measures, and are responsible for economic development with full P&L responsibility. Together with your management team, you set clear priorities, steer performance based on relevant key figures, and ensure that opportunities are recognized, decisions are made, and changes are consistently implemented. At the same time, you purposefully further develop markets, products, processes, and the organization, strengthen your management team, and create an environment in which responsibility is assumed and performance is promoted. You maintain personal exchange with important customers, suppliers, and stakeholders and represent Montana confidently internally and externally. As a member of the management team of the Business Unit Building Systems, you also actively contribute to the international corporate environment of Tata Steel Nederland and utilize joint potentials beyond the Swiss borders.

What you bring with you

You think entrepreneurially, lead with clarity, and know how to win people over for common goals. In doing so, you combine strategic foresight with the necessary proximity to the operational business.

• Several years of leadership experience in General Management with corresponding P&L responsibility
• Sound commercial competence combined with operational or production-technical experience
• Relevant experience in the Swiss construction industry
• Pronounced understanding of markets, products, and economic contexts
• Strategic mindset paired with high result and implementation orientation
• Experience in change management and the successful further development of organizations
• Confident leadership personality with pronounced communication and teamwork skills
• Analytical strength, decisiveness, and a good sense for people
• Very good German and English skills; further foreign language skills are an advantage, especially French
