For over 30 years, we have been engaged as a social enterprise in the Berner Oberland and employ around 190 employees. We accompany and support adolescents and adults with cognitive and psychological impairments. We offer various services to those affected. Within SEEBURG, the EICHE elderly and nursing home as well as the internal Spitex are organized as the NURSING area, which together provides a comprehensive and holistic care and support structure for the residents.
For the responsible position of area management, we are looking for a committed leader who ensures and further develops the quality of care both in the elderly and nursing home and in the internal Spitex.

What there is to do ###

• Implementation of the strategy and the business objectives as well as the professional, personnel, organizational and financial management of the EICHE elderly and nursing home and the internal Spitex
• Creation, further development and implementation of professional concepts
• Operation and expansion of a permeable care offering including management of the necessary projects and process optimizations
• Ensuring legally compliant and efficient care and billing processes
• Ensuring a meaningful and, as far as possible, self-determined everyday living for the residents
• Controlling of quality and productivity
• Representation of the interests of SEEBURG (lobbying) and support in adequate public relations work

• Completed higher vocational training (tertiary) in the health sector with corresponding leadership experience
• Experience in the areas of Spitex and long-term care
• High social competence; initiative, solution-oriented and flexible personality with the ability to drive changes and shape innovations
• Very good communication skills
• Very good MS-Office skills
