Your main tasks
Technical and personnel leadership of disposition, administration and drivers at the Leibstadt location
Ensuring smooth operational processes in transport logistics
Technical responsibility for the vehicle fleet of the entire group (maintenance and upkeep)
Budget planning as well as operational controlling
Collaboration in the optimization of processes as well as ensuring a future-oriented disposition
Effective cooperation with other departments and interfaces
Collaboration on projects
Your profile
Completed vocational training as Speditionskaufmann/-frau, Disponent:in or Speditionsfachperson as well as further training in logistics with a focus on transport
Business administration training or higher technical training is an advantage
Professional experience in the logistics industry, project experience as well as experience in personnel leadership
Analytical and far-sighted thinking skills as well as goal-oriented and effective action
Communicative, trustworthy and winning leadership personality
High degree of flexibility, resilience and assertiveness
IT and system affinity
German in speaking and writing mandatory, French and Italian an advantage
