Your main tasks

• Technical leadership and motivation of the team on the production line
• Monitoring and controlling the entire production process at the assigned plant
• Ensuring all safety, hygiene, and quality specifications as well as order and cleanliness on the line
• Changing over and adjusting machines as well as running in the lines together with the machine setter
• Carrying out in-process controls and releases according to SOP
• Independent rectification of minor malfunctions
• Recording all relevant data and material bookings in the SAP system
• Deputy shift leader in case of absence

Your profile

• Completed training as Anlageführer/in EFZ, Lebensmitteltechnologe/in EFZ or many years of experience in production
• GMP knowledge from the cosmetics, food, or pharma industry is an advantage
• Very good German in speaking and writing
• Experience with SAP in a production environment
• Technical flair and interest in machines
• Team spirit, assertiveness and high safety awareness
• Willingness for permanent night shift (Sun-Thu 22:40 - 05:50 Uhr)
