sales advisor at 100%

endowed with experience in customer contact.

Job description:

You are responsible for taking orders, specialized technical advice and order processing. You process and follow up on orders and carry out product clarifications with our suppliers. With commitment, you advise our customers by telephone on products, prices, delivery times as well as on technical or organizational requests. In short, you are the link between our customers, our suppliers and the internal services.

Qualifications:

We are looking for a person capable of working in a team, resistant to stress and responsible, with ideally a CFC electrical installer training and a few years of professional experience. You like working autonomously and appreciate contact with customers. You have a sense of reflection and possess solid knowledge of MS Office. Your French, both spoken and written, is irreproachable, and your communication skills complement your profile.
