Your field of activity In this versatile and demanding hub function, you act as the central contact person for our internal and external partners. Your main daily tasks include general administrative activities such as mail management, correspondence, and data maintenance in the CRM+. In addition, you support the management and sector managers in organizational and administrative matters. This also includes the administrative processing of purchases and orders. You efficiently organize business trips and events, and you also assist us in the organization of trade fairs. Furthermore, you help with marketing and manage our website as well as social media platforms. As a substitute, you also support our after-sales service in invoicing and administrative matters. Your profile You have completed a commercial training and are proficient in Microsoft Office. As a versatile personality, you communicate appropriately and according to levels, and the company image is important to you. You work reliably, precisely, and discreetly. Your expression in German is confident and error-free. As a service-oriented person, you handle varied tasks and subjects autonomously and in a solution-oriented manner.
