Bern (and home office) | 80-100% Your contribution <br /> • Elicit, structure, document, and prioritize functional needs and requirements with users and business process owners • Transfer business requirements into ICT requirements and document them traceably for the conception and implementation of specialist applications • Analyze, model, and optimize business processes as well as identify weaknesses and potential for improvement • Develop solution proposals and variants, clarify conflicts of interest between different parties, and create decision-making bases • Support projects during implementation, assess requirements in the event of changes, and support the quality of results as a functional contact person • Conduct workshops with various stakeholders and prepare and present results in an audience-appropriate manner <br /> What makes you unique <br /> • University degree, preferably in computer science, business informatics, business administration, or a comparable field of study • Several years of experience as a Business Analyst or in requirements engineering in IT projects • Experience in the analysis and modeling of business processes as well as good knowledge of BPMN and UML • Ability to analyze, structure complex requirements and transfer them into understandable and implementable solutions • Enjoy working with different stakeholders and experience in moderating workshops • Good knowledge of a second official language as well as business fluent English skills; an IREB certification and knowledge of HERMES are an advantage <br /> In a nutshell You combine the needs of users with the possibilities of ICT.
