Job Description ##

As a personnel consultant, you will enter a large, varied and guaranteed never boring area of responsibility. You are responsible for the complete recruitment process of the applicants and independently take care of the needs analysis of your customers. The following activities are part of your tasks:

• Telephone customer acquisition
• Scheduling of candidates
• Conducting job interviews
• Organization of customer events
• Care of your employees as well as customers

• You are at home in St. Gallen and know your way around here
• As a communication talent, you do not shy away from approaching people
• You have a competent appearance and master the power of persuasion
• Driver's license Cat. B is mandatory so that you can be flexible at your customers' locations
