Project Manager 100% CDI (M/F/D)

Responsibilities

• Prepare, calculate and negotiate mandates according to the company strategy
• Write correspondence related to the technical and financial security of projects
• Manage purchases, supplier relations and the material necessary for the construction site
• Organize site meetings, supervise teams and support foremen
• Monitor work progress, budgets, additional services and invoicing
• Lead projects by managing execution, resources, financing and contractual aspects
• Propose optimized technical solutions and ensure quality, safety and compliance with standards monitoring
• Ensure internal and external communication, manage complaints and represent the interests of the company

Profile

• ES diploma in construction management or equivalent training
• Proven experience in project management and/or site monitoring
• Excellent mastery of IT tools (Office, BauBit, etc.)
• Rigor, organizational skills and ability to adapt
• Interpersonal ease, assertiveness and power of persuasion
• Effective management of stress, unforeseen events and conflicts
• Creative spirit, solution orientation and analytical capacity
• Very good mastery of French, another language is an asset
