Head of Service (m/f/d), 80–100% – Chalet Süd, Rapperswil

Chalet Süd is looking for reinforcement! From 5 November 2026, we offer a permanent position in our cozy chalet in Alpen-Chic style in Rapperswil (opening hours: 17:00–24:00, partially rest days So–Di).

Your tasks:

• Operative service management, shift leadership and active guest care
• Leadership, training and motivation of the service team
• Ensuring quality, hygiene and service standards
• Cash management, daily reconciliations and organization of the Mise en Place
• Interface and close cooperation with the kitchen team

Your profile:

Gastronomy training or sound service experience (leadership experience an advantage)
Good German skills and strong communication skills
Organized, motivated team player with a hands-on mentality
