We offer • Full-time employment in an internationally successful company • Attractive working conditions and modern social benefits • Modern working tools and a motivated team • Diverse development opportunities and targeted further training • 40 to 42 hours per week in a full-time schedule Tasks • Operating, setting up, and monitoring special and braiding machines for cable production • Independent error correction as well as carrying out smaller maintenance and repair work • Careful control and documentation of production processes • Active participation in production data collection and process optimization • Order recording and documentation with the MES control system • Efficient collaboration in the team and submission of improvement suggestions Requirements • Completed training as a plant operator EFZ or mechanical basic training (e.g., production mechanic, polymechanic) • Several years of experience as a plant operator in long production, ideally in cable production or comparable processes • Very good technical understanding and high quality awareness • Team ability, stress resistance • Very good German language skills in word and writing • Good PC user skills, experience with ERP systems • Willingness for three-shift operation (3-shift) Strengthen a stable, internationally active company as an employee in cable production.
