Your tasks

• Independent planning of national less-than-truckload transports as well as partial and complete loads, taking economic and ecological aspects into account
• Central interface between sales, customers, and driving staff: ensuring smooth communication and optimal coordination
• Personal customer care and competent advice on the telephone
• Leadership, deployment planning, and support of the driving staff
• Close cooperation with internal departments as well as external partners and service providers
• Completion of various administrative tasks in daily business

What you bring with you

• Completed commercial training or equivalent further education
• Several years of professional experience as a transport planner in Switzerland (mandatory), ideally in the area of less-than-truckload goods
• Willingness to work shifts (between approx. 04:30 and 22:30)
• High customer orientation, structured and efficient way of working
• Resilience, sense of responsibility, and confident appearance in a dynamic environment
• Very good German skills in speaking and writing; French skills are an advantage
