For our labor market measure EAR, we are looking for committed personalities as Psychologist MSc/MA as specialist for vocational integration 60 – 100 % for our Ostermundigen location starting December 1, 2026. Diaconis operates the three business areas Living and Care in old age, Palliative Care and vocational integration. Our team includes around 250 employees at several locations in the city of Bern, Ostermundigen and Biel. On behalf of the Canton of Bern, the vocational integration of Diaconis offers various labor market measures for the sustainable vocational integration of job seekers. One of these is the EAR measure (Ermittlung arbeitsmarktrelevanter Ressourcen), an assessment of status and potential clarification for German- and French-speaking job seekers. It is aimed at persons with an unclear reintegration strategy when there is a need for clarification regarding labor market-relevant competencies and the integration potential for the labor market is to be assessed. The results form an important basis for further vocational integration. The referring agency is the regional employment center (RAV). Your tasks with us You accompany and coordinate the participants during the entire duration of the AMM EAR You conduct intake, individual and closing interviews You plan, create and update individual assessment programs You analyze resources, competencies, potentials and labor market-relevant issues You reflect on the findings gained with the participants and derive recommendations for vocational integration You document progress and results professionally in the case management software You create meaningful resource profiles and final reports You work closely with the personnel consultants of the RAV and other specialists of the AMM EAR What you bring with you You have a Master's degree (MSc or MA) in psychology, preferably with a focus on Applied Psychology, Work and Organizational Psychology or a comparable psychological specialty You have very good German or French skills in speaking and writing.
