Your profile
University or HES degree in the field of social work, early childhood, community health or equivalent training
Minimum 5 years of experience since obtaining your degree and professional practice within a parapublic institution, a non-governmental organization or a public administration
Ability to lead a team, to facilitate group meetings for adults and young children, as well as project management skills
Ability to foster skills in play and crafts within teams and with parents
Excellent knowledge of the Vaud socio-sanitary network and the early childhood field
Availability primarily on Mondays, Wednesdays, Thursdays: organizational flexibility
Driving license indispensable
Your future missions
Assume the coordination of the program « Apprendre en jouant, petits : pas » for the La Côte region (districts of Morges and Nyon)
Lead and supervise the team of home intervention workers
Ensure the recruitment of families in collaboration with early childhood partners
Plan and facilitate group meetings
Guarantee competence and professionalism in the implementation of the program
Collaborate with our partner a:primo, the AVASAD and the entire regional and cantonal socio-sanitary network
Start date: 1st January 2027
