The Hôtel Beaulac 4★ in Neuchâtel is recruiting:
A VERSATILE CUSTOMER FLOW COORDINATOR
– HOURLY CONTRACT (Friday 16:00-23:00, Saturday 16:00-23:00, Sunday 14:00-18:00)
Located on the shores of Lake Neuchâtel with an exceptional view of the Alps, the Hôtel Beaulac is a 4-star establishment with 116 rooms. It offers a unique experience to its guests thanks to its Waves panoramic bar, its Lake Side restaurant, its sushi bar, and its conference center.
As part of strengthening our security during high activity periods, we are looking for a qualified security employee to ensure the tranquility and safety of our establishment on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays.
Your main missions:

• Ensure the general security of the establishment,
• Manage and regulate the flow of customers going to the Waves (controlled access, queue, maximum capacity, appropriate behavior),
• Ensure the smooth running of evenings in a secure atmosphere,
• Monitor access to the various hotel spaces (lobby, elevators, parking lots...),
• Intervene professionally in case of conflict or risky situations,
• Collaborate with the reception, bar, and catering teams.
• Profile sought:
• Previous experience in security.
• Good presentation, discretion, and sense of customer service,
• Excellent ability to manage stressful situations with calmness and professionalism,
• French language, fluent English,
• Flexibility and availability on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays with variable hours.
