Our client is an established Spitex organization in the Solothurn region, which provides professional nursing and care services on behalf of several municipalities. The company is characterized by a wide range of services that include specialized offers in addition to basic outpatient care, and offers its employees a modern working environment with interdisciplinary cooperation. To strengthen the management team, we are looking for a committed personality as a Team Leader (70-100%) immediately or by arrangement.

Your tasks

• Personnel and organizational management of a nursing team with 20 employees
• Creation of duty rosters and responsibility for deployment planning
• Recruitment, support, assessment, and development of employees
• Leading meetings and participation in projects and working groups
• Shared responsibility for the implementation of strategic and operational goals
• Regular conduct of nursing tours for team connection
• Assumption of vocational training tasks at the secondary level for FaGe and AGS

Your profile

• At least completed training as a Fachperson Gesundheit FaGe
• Professional and management experience in a similar environment
• Business administration knowledge present
