Here are your tasks ### • * You are the warm and attentive welcoming person at the reception - guest check-in and check-out • * You take care of welcoming guests on site - information, advice, sales • * You handle all requests by telephone, by email or in person - reception and management of reservations, interface with other departments • * You perform other tasks - gift vouchers, kiosk, table reservations, general administrative work • What we expect from you ### • * ### You have training in hospitality or tourism or comparable professional experience at the reception of a 4-star hotel ### • * • You enjoy contact with customers, you are communicative and always charming • * You have a great sense of service and are always ready to make an extra effort for our customers • * You know the region or are ready to acquire this knowledge independently • * You are reliable, very conscientious and like to work independently as well as in a team • * You speak German and English - other languages are an asset • * You are comfortable with IT and know common hotel systems (Opera Cloud, Aleno, common Office programs) *
