An architecture and engineering office established for 40 years combines architecture, planning, and realization under one roof and accompanies real estate projects as a total and general contractor from the first idea through to execution and marketing. To strengthen the planning team, we are looking for an architect with enjoyment in design and construction.

Your tasks:

• You accompany projects from design through building application to execution and detail planning
• You create 3D building models, floor plans, sections, and facades
• You develop constructive details and economical solutions
• You coordinate specialist planning and coordinate with authorities, contractors, and suppliers
• You check planning documents for completeness and feasibility
• You accompany execution together with project and construction management

Your profile:

• Degree as Architect FH or equivalent training
• Experience in planning and execution is an advantage
• Proficient in CAD, knowledge in 3D drawing and modeling
• Independent, structured, and precise way of working
• Teamwork skills and clear communication
