In order to strengthen its production teams, it is today looking for a Mold Maker Mechanic 100% M/F/X to work on modern equipment within a dynamic and quality-oriented environment. Mold Maker Mechanic 100% M/F/X Your mission Reporting to the Production Manager, you are the guarantor of the proper functioning of the injection tooling and contribute directly to the industrial performance of the site. Your main responsibilities are as follows: • Ensure the assembly, disassembly, and changes of molds on the plastic injection presses. • Perform the necessary adjustments during production starts in order to guarantee the conformity of the manufactured parts. • Control the quality of the first parts produced and validate series launches. • Diagnose malfunctions related to molds, peripherals, or presses and implement suitable corrective actions. • Perform first-level preventive maintenance of the tooling and production equipment. • Participate in the continuous improvement of manufacturing processes in order to optimize quality, series changeover times, and productivity. • Ensure compliance with current quality, safety, and environmental procedures. • Ensure the traceability of interventions and complete the production documentation. Your profile • Holder of a CFC as a mechanic, polymechanic, toolmaker, plastics technician, or an equivalent technical training. • You benefit from confirmed experience in the field of plastic injection, ideally on high value-added technical parts. • You possess solid knowledge in the assembly and adjustment of injection molds. • You are comfortable reading technical drawings and using standard control methods. • Knowledge in tooling maintenance or mechanics constitutes a real asset. • You enjoy teamwork while demonstrating autonomy within your scope of responsibilities. • Rigorous, reactive, and solution-oriented, you know how to manage priorities in a demanding production environment. • You are willing to work in a 2x8 shift schedule.
