Your Responsibilities

Sales Excellence

• Establishing a common sales approach across all regions and sales channels
• Defining national sales priorities, goals, and action plans
• Training and coaching sales employees on standards and tools
• Supporting sales teams with key accounts, framework agreements, and large-scale projects
• Defining and further developing ERP/CRM processes and data quality from a sales perspective
• Developing a common customer segmentation model and ensuring practical application
• Coordinating sales topics with Inside Sales, Marketing, and Operations

Business Development and Lead Generation

• Identifying growth potential by region, customer segment, and application area
• Defining acquisition priorities and translating them into concrete sales activities
• Ensuring rapid follow-up of inquiries, open offers, and structured lead management
• Developing Inside Sales into a proactive sales support and lead generation function
• Launching targeted acquisition activities together with Marketing and the regions
• Using CRM data, dashboards, and market feedback to steer activities
• Regular reporting on pipeline, conversion rate, risks, opportunities, and recommended measures

Your Profile

• Experience in B2B sales, business development, or in a commercial leadership role
• Customer- and growth-oriented personality with strong communication skills
• Good understanding of CRM, pipeline management, reporting, and digital sales tools
• Analytical thinking and the ability to translate data into clear measures
• Strong ability to bring structure, rhythm, and consistent follow-up to sales organizations
• Experience in construction, machinery, rental, industry, or a comparable technical environment
• Fluent German and French; English is an advantage
• Willingness to travel regularly within Switzerland
