Accounting and HR Manager

For one of our clients, active in the construction sector, we are looking for:

An accounting, finance and HR manager ideally at 100%

Your activity:

• General accounting, accounts receivable, accounts payable and payroll accounting, preparation of the closing in collaboration with the fiduciary
• Invoicing of large construction sites, monitoring of down payment requests for ongoing construction sites, management of construction cost accounting
• Payment of accounts payable invoices
• Monitoring of accounts receivable and litigation
• Complete payroll management
• All administrative work related to the function
• Administration and correspondence for employees
• Collaboration with the secretariat and technical services
• Assistant to the management

Your personality:

• Organized, committed and capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously
• Autonomous and flexible
• Strong interpersonal and writing skills
• Team spirit

Your skills:

• CFC in commerce or an equivalent title
• The federal diploma of specialist in finance and accounting would be an asset
• French as a native language and Italian would be an asset
• 10 years of confirmed experience in a similar position
