Our new store in Bern has successfully launched and now our crew is growing further! For this, we are looking for motivated crew members (m/f/d) who are eager to get started together with us.

Whether sizzling burgers or inspiring guests – you pitch in where there is action, and ensure that our guests experience a really good Burgermeister moment.

Tasks

In the kitchen:

Preparation of our delicious burgers with attention to detail
Support of the kitchen crew in all kitchen-relevant activities
Compliance with the highest quality standards as well as official requirements and hygiene regulations (HACCP)

In service:

Friendly and professional service for our guests
Active advice during menu selection
Ensuring cleanliness and order in the service area
Acceptance of payments and correct accounting

Requirements

You enjoy inspiring our guests with quality and taste.
With your open, communicative manner, you create a pleasant atmosphere – whether behind the counter or in direct guest contact.
You are flexible, enjoy pitching in, and quickly find your way with new tasks.
Motivation and team spirit are a matter of course for you – you pull together with the team.
You speak German at least at B1 level
Ideally, you have already been able to gain initial experience in gastronomy
