Your tasks ###

• Reception and care of patients up to the discharge process
• Beverage, meal, and snack service
• Preparation and follow-up of patient rooms upon admission and discharge
• Management of materials, laundry, and consumables
• Management of the ward kitchen
• Close cooperation with nursing, kitchen, cleaning, cafeteria, and logistics
• Compliance with hygiene, quality, and safety specifications

Your profile ###

• Completed training as a specialist in system gastronomy, or specialist in hotel housekeeping EFZ or a comparable qualification
• Practical/professional experience in a comparable position
• Resilience and an independent, precise way of working
• High sense of quality and responsibility
• Strong service orientation and high ability to work in a team
• Confident handling of the patient ordering system Logimen or similar software
• Strong organizational talent and a structured, independent, service-oriented way of working
• Flawless written and oral German skills
• The regular working hours are planned from Monday to Sunday, initially between 06.30 and 15.30, shift work may be added at a later date.

Vacation ###

You benefit from vacation between 25 and 30 working days (depending on age) as well as 13 paid public holidays. In addition, you have the option to purchase 5 vacation days.

Working hours ###

The standard working time for the company is 42 hours per week for a full-time workload (excluding doctors). Annual working time applies, which ensures the highest possible flexibility in the design of working hours. Service requests are implemented where possible and part-time employment is possible in many functions - also in management positions.

Education and training ###

Your personal and professional development is important to us. We support participation in internal and external training and further education through generous contributions in the form of working time and/or course costs.

Employees of Spital Muri benefit from inexpensive parking options. The parking garage is located on the hospital grounds. If you come to work by public transport, bicycle, motorcycle, or on foot, we will compensate you with a monthly eco-bonus.

Social insurance ###

We value adequate social benefits. For night, weekend, and holiday work, we compensate you with fair allowances. We insure your salary with the Profond pension fund without coordination deduction (excluding doctors). The salaries of doctors are insured with the VSAO pension foundation.
