Finance Manager Planning & Analysis (w/m/d)

You will take on a central role in the financial management of Migros Industrie - with a focus on clear drivers, transparent cost structures and effective IT controlling. In doing so, you will set standards, improve processes and provide management with precise reports for sound decisions. What you drive * You manage the controlling of Migros Industrie AG and ensure transparency regarding costs, resources, budgets, forecasts and projects. * You are responsible for the financial management of the overhead of the entire Migros Industrie, define cost and control logics, develop meaningful driver models and ensure compliance with uniform standards. * You further develop IT controlling and support sound decisions on IT services, business cases and transformation projects. * As a sparring partner for management, specialist departments and plants, you identify the financial impacts of operational developments and derive concrete recommendations for action. * You continuously develop management reporting and the underlying control logics, ensure consistent key figures and create a uniform overall financial picture as a basis for sound decisions. * You accompany strategic programs such as ONE with progress, cost and benefit analyses and create transparency regarding their economic success. What you bring * Education: Completed studies (Uni/ETH, FH, HF) * Specialization: in business administration, finance, controlling or a comparable field.
