To complement our Bus & Trolley division, we are looking for a dynamic leader as *Head of Production Planning for the team in Material Management within the Production Planning department.

As Head of Production Planning, you and your team will take on important planning, steering, and control tasks for the production of our innovative and high-quality electric and trolley buses. Your tasks ###

• Organizational, technical, and personnel leadership of our team in production planning

including personnel planning (6 employees)

• Overall responsibility for the operational activities in the production planning
• Coordination of all production planning activities for all BUS assembly locations
• Responsibility for the timely and quantity-accurate scheduling of all production orders
• Monitoring Target vs. Actual order times, as well as determining corrective measures
• Organization, implementation, and monitoring of material requirements planning
• Close cooperation with sales, project management, development, and purchasing
• Creation of make-or-buy analyses in close cooperation with strategic purchasing
• Efficient processing of production orders (checking, reporting, closing of production orders)
• Supplementary tasks such as master data maintenance, article mutations, pre-calculations, and development of key figures
• Supporting work in cross-departmental projects

Our requirements ###

• Completed technical basic training
• Further training as a Process Specialist FA / Technician HF
• Proven production planning experience in a production company
• Leadership experience in a comparable function
• Very good knowledge of German and English
• Resilience and teamwork skills
• Willingness to learn new things
