Job Description You take care of the professional commissioning of oil / gas heating systems, hot water systems, and control systems. You undertake the careful maintenance of these devices according to the high Buderus quality standards. You analyze and resolve faults – expertly, quickly, and independently. You advise customers on the ideal settings of the devices according to personal customer needs. You inform our customers about the comprehensive advantages of the optional Buderus maintenance contracts. You organize your service assignments and report them reliably back to the customer and our dispatch. You perform on-call service (Pikett) in consultation with the team.
